We ensure that when an enfranchisement notice is served, the maximum premium is extracted.

In addition, we advise on how to avoid a mixed use building becoming enfranchised and whether a property which is to be acquired, or is proposed to be developed, will be an enfranchiseable one. For many investors avoiding enfranchisement can be an essential requirement.

Residential block management and service charge consultancy

The legislation and regulations governing the management of residential properties can be a minefield.
